It's hard to believe that the tiny town of Lee Vining harbors...the finest cuisine available anywhere including, we suspect, the renown restaurants of San Francisco, simply by calling the Dore Catering service. The food preparation you provided at the recent 25th Anniversary dinner was superb. We often select salmon when it's on the menu, but we'll never experience any better than at the 25th affair.
